Volunteers are the heart of Ironmen Outdoor Ministries. Our mission to serve veterans, disabled veterans, and special needs youth through meaningful outdoor experiences would not be possible without individuals willing to give their time, talents, and hearts in service to others.

As a faith-based ministry, we believe volunteering is more than helping at an event. It is an opportunity to live out our calling to serve, encourage, and walk alongside those who have given so much. Whether you are helping in the field, assisting behind the scenes, or supporting families and participants, every role plays an important part in creating safe, impactful, and life-changing experiences.

Ways to Volunteer​

Volunteers support Ironmen Outdoor Ministries in many ways, including but not limited to:

• Assisting at hunts, fishing trips, and outdoor events

• Helping with meals, setup, and event logistics

• Supporting youth and special needs participants

• Assisting with banquets, auctions, and special events

• Providing administrative or organizational support

No matter your skill set, there is a place for you to serve.

What to Expect​

Our events are built on respect, safety, and compassion. Volunteers are expected to uphold these values while serving with humility and integrity. Some events may require physical activity or extended time outdoors, while others may focus on hospitality and support roles. We work to match volunteers with roles that fit their abilities and comfort level.

Faith and Service​

Ironmen Outdoor Ministries is rooted in Christian faith. While participation in prayer or faith-based conversation is never required, our service is guided by Christ-centered values and a commitment to loving others well. Volunteers are asked to respect this foundation and serve in a manner that reflects our mission.

All volunteers are asked to complete a volunteer application so we can better understand your interests, availability, and how you would like to serve. Once your application is reviewed, a member of our team will reach out with next steps and opportunities.
