Thank you for your interest in a youth outdoor event with Ironmen Outdoor Ministries. We are honored to provide outdoor hunting and fishing experiences for youth, including special needs youth, in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.

Our youth events are designed to introduce children to the outdoors while building confidence, creating positive memories, and fostering fellowship. Each event is carefully planned with safety, supervision, and accessibility as top priorities.

How the Application Process Works

All youth participation is by application only. A parent or legal guardian must complete the Youth Application in full and submit it online. Once submitted, applications are reviewed by our team. Due to limited availability and event-specific requirements, submitting an application does not guarantee placement.

If your child is selected for an event, a member of our team will contact you directly with additional details, including dates, location, supervision requirements, licensing needs, and preparation information.

Important Information​

• A parent or legal guardian must complete the application

• Some events may have age or physical ability requirements

• For children 15 and older, required hunting or fishing licenses are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise noted

• Medical accommodations are available by request and will be considered on an individual basis

• Travel to and from the event location may not be provided

• Please apply only if your child is able to attend the full event dates
